[d-star] REF053 out-of-service 11-19-2012

The Minnesota DSTAR reflector REF053 was taken out-of-service yesterday 
in preparation for moving it to a new location. If you try to connect to 
REF053 you should get an error message. We'll try to get it installed at 
its new home next week and it should automatically become available 
again when we do. The www.dstaruser.org status web page should know when 
that happens.
