[d-star] D-Star Repeater Band Module Sale

Icom has a limited time offer for D-Star repeater RF band modules.  The
price is $1000 down from $1200.

One idea we had is to add a 2 meter module to Little Falls, and bring the
440 module from up there back to the Twin Cities.  We have a significant
S/SE/SW metro coverage gap that could be addressed.  The other idea we had
is to put the module at our STPONE data site downtown St Paul, which has a
controller already.  

We need to get a few hundred dollars together to pull this off.  $400 has
been pledged so far.
