[d-star] All-Digital Public Service Event - Red/White/Boom 1/2 Marathon July 4 Minneapolis

We (Amateur Radio) are again providing volunteer medical communications for
the Red White and Boom Half Marathon the morning of July 4.  6:30AM-10AM are
the hours.  

I would like to try and run this event all-digital if possible.  FCC Part 97
says we are supposed to advance the state of the radio art- digital radios
are it.  

The question is- how many end user radios/operators  can we come up with?
We have several good repeaters- Alan's 145.11 in downtown Minneapolis would
likely be primary, with backups on the Greg's system and or Anoka.

We will have a central net control in the Hennepin County Comm Van located
at the finish line, which is parked on NE Main just N of Nicollet Island.
