[d-star] Minnesota DSTAR Reflector REF053A should be fixed.

I suppose that what I meant was listing the attached users/gateways. The 
gateways show who is using it/them. I don't think the reflector shows 
what other gateways are connected to it. I don't have time to look it up 
right now.
