[d-star] Red White and Boom 1/2 Marathon 7/4

We are again organizing medical communications for the Red White and Boom
Half Marathon on the morning of July 4.  We need at least 10 operators-
preferably more like 25.  The course is mostly NE Minneapolis.  One idea-
can we do the whole event on D-Star?  The idea is to use Alan's 145.11
repeater, with one of the 440 machines as backup.  We already have digital
in the Hennepin County truck.
