The following annoucement was released by the FCC today.

  AMENDMENT OF THE AMATEUR SERVICE RULES TO FACILITATE USE OF SPREAD
SPECTRUM COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGIES.   Proposed amending the Amateur
Service rules to facilitate the use of spread spectrum communications
technologies. (Dkt No.  RM-11325 10-62 ). Action by:  the Commission.
Adopted:  03/11/2010 by NPRM. (FCC No. 10-38).  WTB
