Just curious if a volunteer does not have d-star voice capability; does this
mean they can't sign up? Can d-star radios be provided to use?

We got a last minute request for operators for the 5-8 medical aid stations
at the new Red White and Boom half marathon.  The hours are 6:30A-11A on the
4th.  We need about 10 operators.  

Can we do it 100% on D-Star digital voice?  We have Alan's new repeater on
145.11 which has good coverage and some 440 machines.  The national bragging
rights for an all-digital event would be huge.
